Master chef contest

This morning, the culture and cuisine major class did a master chef contest: they were sorted by teams and had to prepare a main course and a dessert, which were actually the most appreciated!

Cherry upside-down cake with whipped crème fraîche, truffles, and a parfait that imaginatively recombined the leftovers from both desserts. Other courses were shrimp in peanut sauce over basmati rice and a plate that offered an option for all types of food sensitivities and preferences, from vegetarian to meat lovers.
