Medicine on the Front Line: Practicing Medicine in Uganda and Kenya
Dr. Nuru Noor is an Academic Clinician here in Cambridge. He works at the hospital as a trainee/resident in gastroenterology as well as internal medicine. Whilst working at the University of Cambridge Dr. Nuru Noor undertakes research into inflammatory disease and also has a keen interest in teaching medical students at both pre-clinical and clinical levels. He helps teach on both local and national programmes for students to understand more about entry into medical school and was a tutor on the Camtrad course last year.
This year Dr. Nuru Noor provided an insightful and engaging talk on his experiences of medicine in different parts of the world.
