Final projects!

As the Program draws to a close, students are presenting their fantastic final projects. The Science of the Future Major got started this morning with a wide range of presentations, on Plastic Electronics, Nanoscience and nanotechnology, Stem Cell Research, Time travel and Quantum applications, to name just a few. The discussion was lively, as students delved into each other’s projects and ideas, and applied their recent learning with informed question and answer sessions following each presentation.

In the afternoon, many of the Major classes availed of the opportunity to display their work for their fellow students and members of the Cam Prep team. There were exciting and innovative presentations by the Medical Science and Molecular Biology classes, as well as eye-catching displays from the Studio Art and Photojournalism Minor classes. The Drama class put on a showcase of some of the dramatic skills they have learned, while the Global Business class argued persuasively for their various business ideas, which attendees could vote upon using Monopoly money.
